Booking and Payment

Booking Process

To secure a booking, a completed booking form and a deposit payment are required. The deposit amount varies depending on the tour and will be specified at the time of booking. The balance payment must be received no later than 60 days prior to the departure date. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and confirmed by us. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified at the time of booking. All credit card transactions are subject to a processing fee, which will be disclosed at the time of payment.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation by Client

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus deposit
• 30-60 days before departure: 50% of total cost
• Less than 30 days before departure: No refund

Cancellation by Travel Insignts

We reserve the right to cancel any tour for any reason, including insufficient participants or force majeure events. In such cases, we will offer you a full refund of all payments made or the option to transfer to an alternative tour, if available.

Changes to Bookings

If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will try to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes will be possible. Administration fees may apply for changes.

Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and insurance. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from inadequate travel documentation.

Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the return date of your trip. Visa requirements vary by country and nationality, and it is your responsibility to check and obtain any necessary visas.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all clients. Your travel insurance must provide coverage for personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, evacuation expenses, and adequate coverage for your belongings. It should also include coverage for cancellation and curtailment of the tour.

We recommend obtaining travel insurance at the time of booking to provide coverage for cancellation penalties.

Limitations of Liability

Travel Insignts acts as an intermediary between you and the various service providers (airlines, hotels, transportation companies, etc.). While we select our partners carefully, we cannot be held responsible for their actions or omissions.

We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by defect or default of any company or person engaged in providing transportation, accommodation, or other services in connection with the tour.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no case will our liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Health and Fitness

Our tours may require a certain level of physical fitness. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in the activities included in the tour.

You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse a booking or to exclude a participant from a tour if we believe their health or fitness level may endanger themselves or others.

Force Majeure

We cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by "force majeure." In these terms, "force majeure" means any event beyond our or our supplier's control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken.

Such events may include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, pandemic, and similar events beyond our control.
